Adds a short, clear notice near the top of the public QLME page saying that registration for Batch 23 is now closed. I read 'now close' as 'now closed'; please confirm. If you meant 'closing soon', do not approve this, because the wording would be wrong. This is a text-only change. The registration form, the register button and the payment flow are not touched. No dates for the next batch are included because none were provided. The separate QLME hub page (/hub/programmes/qlme/...) is not part of this change.

Why: The 'qlme' search query had 134 impressions and 27 clicks at an average position of 1.9, and /programmes/qlme had 31 views from 26 users in the last 4 weeks. Many visitors reach this page directly from search, so they should see the Batch 23 status straight away instead of trying to register and finding out later.

Touches sensitive areas: Registration forms, Payments and fees

On the page /programmes/qlme (the public QLME programme page), find the main heading and intro at the top of the page. Directly beneath the intro, add one small, visible notice box (use the site's existing alert/callout or card style and existing colours, with no new colours or fonts) containing exactly this text: "Registration for QLME Batch 23 is now closed. Thank you for your interest. Please check this page for updates on future batches." If the page already has a line saying that Batch 23 registration is open or 'now open', replace that line with the notice above instead of adding a duplicate. Do NOT change any other text, the programme description, the registration form, any 'Register' or 'Enrol' buttons or links, any payment-related content, the header/footer, or the page's SEO title and meta description. Do not touch any other page. Make sure the notice is readable on mobile and does not push the main content out of view.

Check in the preview before publishing

• Open /programmes/qlme in Lovable's preview and confirm the notice appears under the heading with the exact wording and no typos.
• Check on a mobile-width preview that the notice wraps neatly, is easy to read and does not overlap other content.
• Confirm there is no leftover text on the page saying Batch 23 is open, and that no duplicate notice was added.
• Confirm the registration/enrol button or form looks and behaves as before, since this change does not alter it.
• Check that the rest of the page (description, sections, header, footer) is unchanged.
