2. 2On your turn, pick up all the seeds from one of your holes and drop them one by one, counter-clockwise: along your row, into your rumah, then along your opponent’s row. Skip your opponent’s rumah.
3. 3Last seed in your rumah? Play again.
4. 4Last seed in a hole that already has seeds? Pick them all up and keep sowing (berjalan).
5. 5Last seed in an empty hole on your side? “Tembak” — capture it together with all the seeds in the hole opposite. Your turn ends.
6. 6Last seed in an empty hole on your opponent’s side? Your turn ends (mati).
7. 7When the player to move has no seeds left in her holes, the round ends. Each player keeps the seeds on her own side. Most seeds wins.

Congkak has many regional variations. This version plays one round in turns (not the simultaneous opening) so that it is fair and easy to follow on a screen.
